James 4
James 4:1-6 1 Where do wars and fights come from among you? Do they not come from your desires for pleasure that war in your members? 2 You lust and do not have. You murder and covet and cannot obtain. You fight and war. Yet you do not have because you do not ask. 3 You ask and do not receive, because you ask amiss, that you may spend it on your pleasures.
As I was reading James this really stood out to my mostly vs 3 I ask but don’t receive because we asked a miss. Man this is so powerful. Cause if God knows our heart and If we ask not according to his will then we wont receive it. If God thinks I can’t handle what I am praying for then it is comforting I don’t get it. It is a protection clause I guess which is good because then I am forced to pray for the Lord will and wait on it. I love it. Thanks Jesus let your will be done in my life and let me find it.
